Duties / Responsibilities

  • Call on new and existing clients to promote Freight Management Inc.'s full range of transportation services.
  • Generate/organize sales leads and provide status reports to Sales Management as requested
  • Complete rate proposals.
  • Prepare presentations, cost comparisons, and reports for customer analysis.
  • Exceed sales quotas on a daily/weekly/monthly basis

 

Minimum Requirements

  • 1-3 year's minimum experience in sales or customer service.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office; particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
  • Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multi task and prioritize deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management.
  • Must be self-motivated and manage time effectively.
  • Must be goal oriented, driven to succeed, and competitive.

Fulltime salary position with full benefits including - Health, Dental, 401k, Life Insurance, long and short term disability. 

 

Freight Management Inc. has a GI Bill Apprenticeship Program. If you are eligible for GI Bill benefits, you may use those benefits while you are training in an apprenticeship program for 12 months. Apprenticeship program participants receive wages from an employer and GI Bill benefits at the same time.
